Aliens is an American film, in the sci-fi/horror genre, released on 18 July 1986 and is directed by James Cameron. It is the sequel to the first film of the original Alien series, and stars Sigourney Weaver as Ellen Ripley as she returns to the place she initially faced the titular creature. Other stars from the film are, Michael Biehn, Paul Reiser, Lance Henriksen, Bill Paxton and Carrie Henn. The film won multiple awards including an Oscar and BAFTA Film Award.
