Alien: Covenant is a joint American/British film, in the sci-fi/horror genre, released on 12 May 2017 (UK) and is directed by Ridley Scott. It is the second installment of the prequel series, and the sixth film released overall including the original Alien films. It stars Michael Fassbender as David 8/Walter One and Katherine Waterston as Janet 'Danny' Daniels as they try to survive along with the latters crew against the titular creature. Other stars of the film are, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride and Demián Bichir.
