Making a Purchase
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place once the products ordered have been despatched (a confirmation email that goods have been despatched will be sent to the email address you registered with us at the time of placing the order) unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order (e.g. a website pricing error or a product is no longer available etc.) or you have cancelled it .
All goods remain the property of The Name Shop until paid for in full.
All orders must be checked on receipt and any errors must be notified to The Name Shop within 24 hrs. Any errors that are the responsibility of the Name Shop will be rectifed as soon as possible at no cost to the client.
If the Name Shop is not notified of any errors within 24 hrs after delivery the client will be responsible for any extra costs incurred by the Name Shop to meet a specific deadline.
If the customer has made any errors on the order the customer will be responsible for any extra costs incurred by the Name Shop to rectify the order.

Payment & Security
All prices shown are inclusive of taxes. Payment is due at the point of ordering, and can be by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
