Zach Braff is an American actor, director, screenwriter and producer. He was born on 6 April 1975 in South Orange, New Jersey, USA.

He is best known for his portrayal of Dr. John Dorian in the hospital spoof television series, Scrubs (2001-10). Whilst he is still taking acting roles, Braff enjoys working behind the scenes, whether it be writing, directing or producing, and in 2004 he made his directing debut with the film, Garden State, which he also played the role of Andrew Largeman. His other acting work includes:-
