Willa Holland is an American actress and model. She was born on 18 June 1991 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

She initially started her career as a model at a young age for the fashion company, Burberry and after that started appearing in advertisements on American television. But her break into acting began in the American teen drama series, The O.C. (2006-07) as Kaitlin Cooper, and is also known for playing the roles of Agnes Andrews in American teen drama series, Gossip Girl (2008-12) and as Thea Queen/Speedy in the DC inspired television series, Arrow (2012-). She has even provided the voice of Aqua in the video game Kingdom Hearts (2010/2012/2014).
