Tom Hardy is a British actor. He was born on 15 September 1977 in Hammersmith, London, England.

He made his television debut as John A. Janovec in the mini-series, Band of Brothers (2001) and has gone on to appear and star in many television and film projects throughout his career. He is best known for his roles as, Charles Bronson / Michael Peterson in Bronson (2008), Eames in Inception (2010), Bane in The Dark Knight Rises (2012), Reggie and Ronnie Kray in Legend (2015), John Fitzgerald in The Revenant (2015) and Alfie Solomons in the television series, Peaky Blinders (2014-17).
