Toby Jones is a British actor. He was born on 7 September 1966 in Hammersmith, London, England.

He began his acting career in 1992, mainly in supporting roles on both film and television, but his most prominent roles have been as the voice of Dobby in the Harry Potter series (2002 / 2010), as Dr. Arnim Zola in Captain America (2011 / 2014) and as Claudius Templesmith in The Hunger Games (2012 / 2013 / 2015).
