Stormtroopers are a fictional group of soldiers from the Star Wars franchise and were created by George Lucas. Under the Galactic Empire, they are commanded by feared leaders, such as Emperor Palpatine, Darth Vader and Grand Moff Tarkin during the initial portion of the Star Wars series. In the newer versions, they are upgraded and serve the First Order, under the rule of Supreme Leader Snoke, Kylo Ren, General Hux and Captain Phasma.
