Steve Jones is a British former professional football player. He was born on 17 March 1970 in Cambridge, England.

His first big break with a club was in 1992, when he joined West Ham United for two years, making 16 appearances and scoring 4 goals, he later rejoined the club in 1996 for a further year. He also played for Bournemouth (1994-96), Charlton Athletic (1997-99) and Bristol City (1999-2002). He was forced to retire in 2002 due to an injury.
