Sarah Jessica Parker is an American actress, producer and designer. She was born on 25 March 1965 in Nelsonville, Ohio, USA.

She has had a long career in the entertainment industry, appearing in both television and films, but her best known role is as Carrie Bradshaw in the television series, Sex and the City (1998-04) The show and characters became so popular that they also hit the big screen, in a feature length movie in 2008 and 2010.
