Martin Chivers is a British retired professional football player. He was born on 27 April 1945 in Southampton, Hampshire, England.

He started his professional playing career with his hometown team, Southampton (1962-68), making 175 appearances and scoring 96 goals. He would then move onto Tottenham Hotspur (1968-76), where he spent the majority of his career, making 278 appearances, scoring 118 goals and helped to earn the League Cup twice and the UEFA Cup. He also played for the England national team (1971-73), making 24 appearances and scoring 13 goals.
