Lee Evans is a retired British comedian, actor and writer. He was born on 25 February 1964 in Avonmouth, Bristol, England.

He is known for being one of the best selling stand-up comedians, he earned £12.9 million for his Roadrunner tour and has had many more successful tours and DVD's overall. He also took to acting during his career, starting with a short series of sketches for his television show, The World of Lee Evans (1995) and his first major movie appearance was as Fog in The Fifth Element (1997).
