Jack Haley was an American actor, comedian, singer and dancer. He was born on 10 August 1897 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA and passed away on 6 June 1979 in Los Angeles, California, USA, aged 81.

He made his film debut on Broadway Madness (1927) and was a supporting role in many musical films, but his best known role was that of the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz (1939) alongside Judy Garland. Some of his other roles include:-

• Higher and Higher (1944)
