Fleur East is a British singer, songwriter, dancer and fitness model. She was born on 29 October 1987 in Walthamstow, London, England.

She made her first appearance on the reality singing competition, The X Factor, in 2005 as part of a group called Addictiv Ladies along with friends, Nicola Owusu-Akontoh, Stephanie Yamson and Vivienne Umeh, making it to Week 1. She would then work alongside DJ Fresh in 2011, touring with him at various festivals, including the V Festival. She would then sign a record deal in 2014 with Syco and released her debut album, Love, Sax and Flashbacks in 2015 and her first major hit was Sax (2015) which reached number 3 in the UK charts.
