Felicity Kendal is a British actress. She was born on 25 September 1946 in Olton, Warwickshire, England.

She had her breakthrough role in 1975, in the British television sitcom, The Good Life (1975-78) playing the role of Barbara Good and became a well-loved character amongst the viewers. She has also appeared in many theatre productions, including A Midsummer Night's Dream, Much Ado About Nothing, Humble Boy and The Vortex. Some of her other acting work includes:-

• Solo (1981-82)

• The Mistress (1985-87)

• Rosemary & Thyme (2003-06)

• Doctor Who (2008)

• Most Promising Newcomer (1976)
