Dean Holdsworth is a British professional football player and manager, currently working as a Chief Executive at Bolton Wanderers. He was born on 8 November 1968 in Walthamstow, England.

During his 22 year career on the pitch, he has made an overall 610 appearances, scoring a total 193 goals with 16 different clubs, including Brentford, Wimbledon and Bolton Wanderers.

He signed with Bolton Wanderers in 1997, making a total 158 appearances and scoring 39 goals overall during his six year career there. He would later purchase Bolton Wanderers in March 2016, when the club were heading for administration whilst at the bottom of the Championship table, once the deal was completed he became their Chief Executive.
