David Tennant is a Scottish actor. He was born on 18 April 1971 in Bathgate, West Lothian, Scotland.

He made his television debut as Neil McDonald in an episode of Dramarama (1988) and has gone on to appear and star in many television and film projects throughout his career. He is best known for his roles as the tenth incarnation of The Doctor in Doctor Who (2005-13), D.I. Alec Hardy in Broadchurch (2013-17), Kilgrave in Jessica Jones (2015-18) and the voice of Scrooge McDuck in DuckTales (2017-18). Some of his other acting work includes:-
