David Ramsey is an American actor. He was born on 17 November 1971 in Detroit, Michigan, USA.

He became relatively well known after starring as Pastor David Randolph in the television series, The Good News (1997-98) and then in 2000, he had a minor role in the film, Pay It Forward. But his best known roles have been as Anton Briggs in the television series, Dexter (2008-09) and recently as John Diggle/Spartan in the DC inspired television series, Arrow. Some of his other acting work includes:-

• The Flash (2014 / 2015 / 2016)

• Blue Bloods (2011-16)
