Cel Spellman is a British actor. He was born on 31 August 1995 and is of Irish descent.

He made his television debut in the British hospital drama, Holby City (2005) and since then has appeared on television, in an acting or presenting role. He is best known for playing Malky McConnell in the mockumentary, The Cup, as Harry Fisher in the popular BBC One drama, Waterloo Road (2010-11) and as Matthew Williams in Cold Feet (2016). He has also presented shows such as, Friday Download (2011-15) on the CBBC, and their Official Chart Show, plus he has appeared on the talent show, The Voice UK.
