Carol Decker is a British singer. She was born on 10 September 1957 in Huyton, Lancashire, England.

She is best known for being the vocalist in the band, T'Pau in the late 1980s, and had many hits which reached the top 40 charts, including, China in Your Hand, Heart and Soul and Valentine. She did release a solo single, called One Heart, in 1995 to support the Halifax World Cup Rugby League centenary.
