Carlos Valdes is a Colombian-born American-based actor and singer. He was born on 20 April 1989 in Santiago de Cali, Colombia.
He started his career mainly in theatre between 2009 and 2011, taking part on the stage productions such as, High School Musical, The Wedding Singer and Once, but in 2014 he made his television debut as Cisco Ramon in a few episodes of Arrow, before taking the character over to its spin-off show, The Flash.
