Carli Jo Norris (born 16 November 1974) is an English actress, known for her role as Anoushka Flynn in the BBC soap opera Doctors, in the BBC soap opera EastEnders as Alice McMahon, or most recently, Martha Kane in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks.
