Wendy Craig is a British actress. She was born on 20 June 1934 in County Durham, England.

She made her television debut as Monica Twigg in the film Mr. Kettle and Mrs. Moon (1955) and has appeared and starred in many television programs throughout her career. She is best known for her roles as Jennifer Corner in Not in Front of the Children (1967-70), Sally Harrison in ...And Mother Makes Three (1971-73) which later changed to Sally Redway in ...And Mother Makes Five (1974-76), Ria Parkinson in Butterflies (1978-1983) and as Matron in The Royal (2003-11). She also appeared as the main subject in This Is Your Life (1970) and as a contestant in the 12th series of MasterChef (2012). Some of her other acting work includes:-
