Tulisa is a British singer, songwriter and television personality. She was born on 13 July 1988 in Camden, London, England.

She became well-known in 2000, when she joined her cousin Dappy and friend Fazer to form the hip-hop group, N-Dubz, and had hits with I Need You (2009), We Dance On (2010) and Best Behaviour (2010). When they disbanded in 2011, Tulisa would go on to try a variety of things, including a few acting roles, a documentary of her life before N-Dubz, was chosen to be a judge on the eighth and ninth series of The X Factor and then released her first solo album, The Female Boss (2012), which included hits such as, Young (2012) which reached number one in the UK charts. She did return to The X Factor for the eleventh series in 2014, but only as a guest judge.
