Tom Jones is a Welsh singer. He was born on 7 June 1940 in Treforest, Pontypridd, Glamorgan, Wales.

He has had a long and successful career in the music industry, which has gone on for almost six decades! He has tried his hand at various musical styles, including pop, rock, show tunes, country, dance, soul music and gospel. His first single did not hit the charts, but It's Not Unusual (1965), one of his well-known and popular hits, was released and made it to number one in the UK, and he would follow up with many popular hits to come, such as, What's New Pussycat? (1965), Delilah (1968), Kiss (1988) and Sex Bomb (2000). Some of his other biggest hits in the UK includes:-
