Terry Scott was a British actor and comedian. He was born on 4 May 1927 in Watford, Hertfordshire, England and passed away on 26 July 1994 in Witley, Surrey, England, aged 67.

He was best known for his appearances in seven of the Carry On series of films, including as Sgt. Major Macnutt in Carry On Up the Khyber (1968), Peter Potter in Carry On Camping (1969), Ugh in Carry On Up the Jungle (1970) and Cardinal Wolsey in Carry On Henry (1971). He also was known for playing Terry Medford in Terry and June (1979-87) and provided the voice of Penfold in Danger Mouse (1981-92). Some of his other acting work includes:-
