Sue Holderness is a British actress. She was born on 28 May 1949 in Hampstead, London, England.

She started her career on the stage in many productions, including in the West End, appearing in many plays, such as, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Vagina Monologues and Calendar Girls. She has been a mainstay in theatre, radio, film and television, but her most notable role is as Marlene Boyce in the popular British sitcom, Only Fools and Horses (1985-2003) and its spin-off series, The Green Green Grass (2005-09) alongside her screen husband, John Challis.
