Sarah Parish is a British actress. She was born on 7 June 1968 in Yeovil, Somerset, England.

She had her first big break in the British television series, as Dawn Rudge in Peak Practice (1997-99) and from there has had major roles including; as Allie Henshall in Cutting It (2002-05), as Dr. Katie Roden in Mistresses (2008-10), as Jenny Bremner in Monroe (2011-12), as Pasiphae in Atlantis (2013-15) and as Cheryl in Trollied (2015-16). Some of her other acting work includes:-
