Sarah Michelle Gellar is an American actress and entrepreneur. She was born on 14 April 1977 in Long Island, New York, USA.

She made her television debut as Jennifer Bianchi in An Invasion of Privacy (1983) and has gone on to appear and star in many television and film projects throughout her career. She is best known for her roles as Kendall Hart in All My Children (1993-95), Buffy Summers in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003), Helen Shivers in I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997) and Kathryn Merteuil in Cruel Intentions (1999). She also co-founded Foodstirs (2015), who sell baking kits and released a cookbook in 2017. Her other acting work includes:-
