Rocky is an American drama film series, centred around boxing and the character Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone). The series includes the following; Rocky (1976), Rocky II (1979), Rocky III (1982), Rocky IV (1985), Rocky V (1990) and Rocky Balboa (2006). The series would follow up with a spin-off, Creed (2015 and Creed II (2018) which focused on Apollo Creeds' (Carl Weathers) son Adonis Creed/Johnson (Michael B. Jordan) and Stallone reprised his role for the latter films as the young mans trainer.

Other characters in the film series have included; 'Adrian' Balboa (Talia Shire), 'Paulie' Pennino (Burt Young), 'Mickey' Goldmill (Burgess Meredith), Tony 'Duke' Evers (Tony Burton), 'Clubber' Lang (Mr. T), Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren), Bianca Porter (Tessa Thompson), Danny 'Stuntman' Wheeler (Andre Ward) and Tony 'Little Duke' Evers (Wood Harris).
