Lewis Hamilton is a British professional Formula One racing driver. He was born on 7 January 1985 in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England.

He began his professional racing career in 2001, when he took part in the British Formula Renault Winter Series. During his career, he has won 6 championships (2008, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019), has 84 wins and has picked up many records, including the most pole positions (88) and the most grand slams in a season (3).
