Hugh Grant is a British actor and film producer. He was born on 9th September 1960 in Hammersmith, London, England.

His first breakthrough role into the film industry was in Four Weddings and a Funeral in 1994. It led him on to his biggest successes, including; Mickey Blue Eyes (1999); Notting Hill (1999); Bridget Jones's Diary (2001); About a Boy (2002); American Dreamz (2006); Cloud Atlas (2012).

He has seen many successes over his career (1982-present) and during this time has picked up many awards and achievements, including; British Academy Film Awards 1994 for Best Actor in a Leading Role, Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actor (1995), 5th Empire Award for Best British Actor (2000), BAFTA/LA Britannia Awards: The Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film (2003).
