Hélder Costa is a Portuguese football player. He was born on 12 January 1994 in Luanda, Angola.

He started his football career with Portuguese club, Benfica youth team (2004-12) and then moved up to the senior ranks (2012-17) making 72 appearances, scored 15 goals and took part in winning the Taca da Liga (2013-14). He now plays for Wolverhampton Wanderers (2017-), and has so far made 10 appearances and scored 3 goals. He has also played for the Portugal national team, up to the U23 level.
