Frankie Poullain is a Scottish musician and bass player. He was born on 15 April 1967 in Edinburgh, Scotland.

He is best known for being a member of the glam rock band, The Darkness, and plays the bass guitar and provides backing vocals (2000-05, 2011-). He left the band in 2005 after difficulties with the other members, but rejoined in 2011 with the other original three and they performed at the Download Festival in Donington Park.
