Dominic Carter is a British actor. He is best known fo his recurring role as D.C Hooch in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street. He is also known for his recurring role as Janos Slynt in the HBO series Game of Thrones. He initially appeared as a guest star in the first season, but has returned in the second, fourth and fifth seasons.
