Diego Poyet González (born 8 April 1995) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for West Ham United. He began his career at Charlton Athletic, where he was their 2013–14 Player of the Season despite not featuring in the first team until January. In July 2014, he was signed by West Ham.

Poyet has played for England at under-16 and under-17 levels, while also being eligible to play for Uruguay through his father Gus Poyet.
