Daniel Peter Williams (born 13 July 1973) is an English professional boxer. He is a former British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion. Williams became a mandatory challenger for the WBC world heavyweight title then held by Vitali Klitschko, after scoring an upset fourth round knockout victory over Mike Tyson in July 2004. Williams faced Klitschko in December of that same year, and suffered an eighth round stoppage defeat against the dominant champion.
