Atlantis was a British fantasy-adventure television series, created by Johnny Capps, Julian Murphy and Howard Overman and aired from 28 September 2013 to 16 May 2015. The series was inspired by Greek mythology and was filmed in Wales and Morocco. Despite its initial popularity, drawing a million viewers away from The X Factor, it was cancelled after only two seasons.
