Alan Devonshire is a former professional footballer and currrent manager of Maidenhead United. He was born on 13 April, 1956 in Park Royal, London, England.

He began his professional career with Southall in 1976 and is best known for his career with West Ham United (1976-1990). He made 358 appearances with the club and scored 29 goals throughout his term there. He also played for the England national team (1980-1983) and later took on a managerial role, most notably with Maidenhead United (1996-2003) and then in (2015-), and also Hampton & Richmond Borough (2011-2015).
