Aerosmith is an American rock group, formed in Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 1970. During their career, members have consisted of; Steven Tyler (1970-), Tom Hamilton (1970-), Joey Kramer (1970-), Joe Perry (1970-79 / 1984-), Brad Whitford (1971-81 / 1984-), Ray Tabano (1970-71), Jimmy Crespo (1979-84) and Rick Dufay (1981-84).

They released their first single, Make It (1973) and subsequently, their self-titled album (1973) which reached the US charts at number 21. Their most successful albums to date have been; Rocks (1976), Get a Grip (1993) their first number 1 in the US charts and reached number 2 in the UK, Nine Lives (1997) number 1 in the US and 4 in the UK and Just Push Play (2001) number 2 in the US and 7 in the UK. Some of their most memorable singles have been; Dude (Looks Like a Lady) (1987), Cryin’ (1993), Crazy (1994) and I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing (1998).
