Star Trek is a sci-fi television series created by Gene Roddenberry and first aired in the USA on 8 September 1966 and has seen many different media forms over the years, such as animations, comics, films and games.

Patrick Stewart is a British actor. He was born on 13 July 1940 in Mirfield, Yorkshire, England.

He made his television debut as Jack in an episode of Story Parade (1964) and has gone on to appear and star in many television, film and stage projects throughout his career. He is best known for his roles as Captain Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987-94) and the subsequent film trilogy (1996-2002), Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men film series (2000-14) and Logan (2017), and the voice of Avery Bullock in American Dad (2005-18).
